Saturday morning, June 22nd. We slept in for the first time on the trip. Got up about 8:30 am, did a load of laundry, played with pets, and got caught up with events.
We then did some grocery shopping, walked through an outdoor marketplace, and visited a flower garden. This just might be the first picture of just Karen and I on this trip.
After an outdoor lunch we played some cards with rain in the forecast. Once the rain was gone we took the train to Nuremburg and attended an outdoor event with music, beer wagons, food wagons, etc. 
The event was held in what used to be the moat around the castle. We bumped into a friend of Cory and Steph’s that we met last August.
We walked through part of the town on our way back to the train station and returned to Furth. After supper we went to an outdoor orchestra concert in the park. Time to call it a day as our adventure continues tomorrow.
