Karen and I drove to Winnipeg on Thursday and spent a great evening staying with friends. On Friday we were dropped off at the airport, and met up with Bruce and Jackie. We had a good flight to Toronto except for some turbulence during descent and landing. A little over an hour later we were boarded on our KLM flight and it was a good trip. No sleep for me as I watched two movies, including Bohemiun Rhapsody. Six hours and 50 minutes later we landed in Amsterdam and Terry and Kathy landed two hours later. We cleared customs and picked up our rental cars. There was (and still is) some learning process about the features in a brand new car. But, we are on the way for our adventure.
